RCPNA Land Use and Transportation Committee Survey for Portland Residential Infill Project
Alert! The City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability is proposing to rezone all Single Dwelling residential properties inside the Rose City Park Neighborhood Association boundary to allow up to 4-units per lot in their proposed Residential Infill Project(RIP). BPS has allowed public comment on their RIP Discussion Draft until Mon. Nov. 20th at 5:00 pm. See: https://www.portlandoregon.gov/bps/index.cfm?&c=67728
RCPNA is requesting your participation in a neighborhood questionnaire regarding the City proposed Residential Infill Project by Wed. Nov. 15th.

The Land Use and Transportation Committee(LU & TC) will be meeting on Thurs. Nov. 16th to review the questionnaire results at their meeting from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Head Start School located at 909 NE 52nd Ave.
