On May 28th, the Rose City Recreational Trail Improvements Project Committee is presenting at our RCPNA General Meeting (5:30-7:30 at the German American Society, pizza included, kids welcome and invited!). There will be a Q&A at the meeting. Between now and then, here’s an opportunity to give feedback with a survey regarding the Rose City Recreational Trail Improvement Project Community Meeting #1 held in April. The Beaumont Business Association (BBA) is starting an event series called “First Thursdays on Fremont Street” beginning Thursday, May 2nd and running through Thursday, September 5th. Businesses along Fremont will be celebrating the warmer weather with special events for you! A list of all businesses participating will be posted on the BBA’s instagram (@bbapdx), where you can find more information about what your favorite businesses have planned ahead of time. However, if you happen to find yourself along Fremont on the first Thursday of the month, be on the lookout for balloons in front of all participating businesses!

Rose City Golf Course Trail Project Kickoff Meeting
Come meet the project team, and learn about project goals and opportunities. We are excited to embark on this journey to create a new trail along the golf course, and need your input to make it a success!

This kickoff meeting is just the beginning of our engagement process! We want to hear from you as we develop the trail location, surface, and meaningful elements of engagement along the trail. Your feedback will shape the future of this project and ensure that the trail meets the needs and desires of our community.

Share your preferences for trail surfaces and amenities that will enhance your experience.

RCNP is housed in the Rose City Park United Methodist Church Building at NE 58th and Alameda and has been a fixture in the neighborhood for over 50 years educating generations of kids. We now have alumni parents bringing their own kids to RCNP! Our annual auction helps raise money to keep this unique parent-run cooperative preschool running.
