Dan Jaynes leads the business development efforts for Aker Offshore Wind in the United States where he is active in the floating offshore wind space. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Renewable Energy Research Lab. He has a combined 14 years of technical and commercial experience in the renewables industry. His background includes consulting with Garrad Hassan (currently DNV), wind turbine sales with Vestas, and utility-scale wind and solar M&A, project development, and energy origination with Avangrid Renewables.
